• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes and no. I am currently not shipping to any countries in the EU due to being complaint with GPSR and that being unclear. I will not be shipping out to the EU indefinitely.

• Why is shipping over $200!?!??!

  Most likely because your country is part of the EU! At this time I do not ship to the EU at this time due to the GPSR new rule coming into effect as of December 13th, 2024.
  Even if you are crazy enough to pay for the shipping, I will cancel and refund your order anyways! Storenvy does not give me the option to deselect countries I can not ship to, I am sorry for the inconvenience!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Please give me 1-2 weeks to prepare orders to send off. As stated above, I am a single artist, I work 2 jobs outside of this. So please be patient!

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks.

  For any order, if it takes longer than 8 weeks - don't hesitate to contact me!

• Tracking

  Packages are tracked and shipped with USPS domestically and Global Post internationally.

• Packaging

  Stickers will be sent through envelopes & reinforced cardboard sleeves

  All other items will be safely placed into a bubble mailer. All packages will have "DO NOT BEND" on them.

• Restocking

  I order very small amount of merch since I am a small artist. Most likely I will not restock items unless there is enough interest to justify ordering more!

  Stickers are easier to reorder, but bigger items such as pouches & charms most likely will not be restocked.

  If I ever do restocking, I will probably do a preorder run to gauge interest!

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
